Well using the old rubber band snaps usually does the trick. Its a lot more reliable than trying to hit or spank yourself as you have a lot less control over the impact.
Use a nice large rubber band and stretch it along the side of a wooden ruler or something similar. Hold the end of the ruler against your clit and let go! If you are really handy I have plans to make a rubber band gun that works really well for this type of thing, can also be used on nipples of course.
