Here is a nice easy one for those that are into a bit of public humiliation with the added benefit of the politicians best friend "plausible deniability"!
What you need to do is find some old jeans or maybe specifically go out and buy some at a thrift shop. The older the better really, they should also be really tight.
Now pick a seam you want to fail, along the back pocket or centre is good. Now start it of with a few little cuts then tear away until you get a reasonable size tear, one that looks like it has just happened.
Wearing some nice bright panties that show through your tear head out to where you want to show off.
A fun game is to keep wandering around until someone nice tells you about it, or someone cute hits on you!
