These are not, by any means, the worst ones. I think it's necessary to explain to some of the newer initiates to the lifestyle that authority in a Dom/Sub relationship is EARNED, NOT DEMANDED!!! If you expect someone to obey you simply because you were the first to respond to their ad, then you are doing it wrong. Talk to someone first and get to know each other and see if you are a good match. I know it's tempting to take the first sub you find, but it's often better for both of you to move on and wait for a better match.
A dom/sub relationship is for MUTUAL pleasure. You have authority because your sub willingly gives it to you. The sub is the one who really holds the power. Ironic, huh?
So PLEASE just give it a try. I think you'll find it very rewarding.
