Advice on nipple and breast banding/tying

Hey there.

I'm new in the BDSM world. Exploring to find out what I like.

I'd like to get into banding my nipples and tips.

Does anyone have recommendations on what to start with as far as mm, materials, etc., for bands and rope?
I've also read about using a needless syringe to get them on?

Any other advice is also welcome.
