Can someone plesse tell how to choke her perfectly and safely and what variations could i try

The short answer is. There is not a safe way.

Long answer. Choking by actually squeezing the neck is dangerous. You can collapse or perm damage the trachea (windpipe)

If your partner wants to feel the pressure then do it just for the firm grip feel not for the sake of actually choking. Or whats safer is to have hand around neck but use your thumb and index finger to press up on the bottom of thier jaw bone. This restricts blood flow and feels like the blackout choking effect but no risk of damaging the trach.

If you’re seeking purely breath play. Use your hand to cover her mouth and pinch her nose shut. Then you can easily release and she can get a breath as needed.

@subzzzero mentioned the trachea breakage, but im more concerned of posbile brain damage, if u press the carotid artery long enough she'll blackout, and if done wrong (and it can go wrong very easy very fast) the bloodflow loss could affect the brain and possible lead to death.

I can suggest wearing a covid mask FP2, as tighter as possible to restric breath but not completley, its softer than what subzzzero suggested, but safer too.

I read your replies and it is quite scary...but what about what we saw in videos where man while fucking chokes the girl...if its that much risky then how do they do it

I whould asssume they are proffesionals and they are acting or if its real they know what they doing, also they know the risks.

You should be prepared for when things go wrong and... ressearching before doing it is the best method.
