Blunt smooth objects starting out small. Sounding tubes are best but if you’re seeking strictly household items. Use caution as none are 100% safe. Chopsticks, bolts, toothbrush, thin pointed comb handle, stainless steel straw, silicon straw, charger cable end, ends of eye drop bottles, eye dropper type medicine doser, plastic syringe with no needle. Used for flushing dental braces. Catheter tubing from pharmacy section. Anything smooth and tapered will work. Go very slowly and don’t force it

To the question of items to use ... to be honest i would avoid any household items , the danger of causing injuries and needing a doctor and infections is simply to high. You do want some medical grade sounding rods or a sterile medical catheter plus an antiseptic lube to start with.
And then as subzzzero said, start small and slow
