well I guess it would depend on the items tbh. If its something like a dildo or strapon she might be using on you maybe because who would want to use another persons toy? But if its not something thats going to be going inside of you, or like a cock cage I would probably say not. But really you should mention what she asked you to get before you ask us to decide
I'd be careful. If you just met her, I would tread with caution. If I ever tell a sub to buy a toy, it never comes to me. I tell them exactly what to order and then ask for the shipping confirmation to make sure that they bought it and that it is indeed being sent to them. When a sub comes to visit, I tell them to bring their own toys and I do not keep them. I just use condoms to help with clean up. If there is something that I am personally needing for my stash, I buy it myself. I have a wish list for those who want to buy me things on their own accord but other than that, I buy my own things.

I think at least a yellow flag if not a red flag would go up on this. My first thought is that you say you just met this Dom. Well I know for me that there are things I do not share with a Dom until I build a trust relationship with them. I know many Doms ask for naked pics and some with a face I never show naked pics anymore I did in the beginning.
I guess I would ask are they sending you these toys and I would be careful about giving my real name and address to someone I just met and I do not know. This whole thing of asking you to buy something for their dungeon does not sound like it is for you but it is for them and it makes me very uncomfortable I would be VERY careful and personally I would advise against it.
There are many Doms out there that will ask for things that are inappropriate use discretion my Dom never asked for pics and told me only what I am comfortable with. I am at the point where I trust him and would give them today ONLYbecause we have built a relationship and we trust one another but for someone I just met personally I would say no way. Just my two cents of thoughts on this.

I fully agree. You never ever give that info out. I tell my subs to edit that info out before showing me the shipping confirmation. Pics, just vanilla pics at first so I can put a face to a "name". This Mistress sounds hinky indeed. Something is not right.
