Ok, the dare is simple: Whatever underwear you wear, whenever you pee at an urinal, pull down your trousers, pull up your shirt a bit and show your cute underwear to the whole world!
I do it quite often. I'm somehow not able to do it when someone is already next to me, but when someone enters and I'm already like this, I cannot change it and they see my cute underwear, which is really humiliating
If you are a girl, you can do this: always put your undies completely down to your ankles, or remove them and hang them on the door so that they hang partly in the cubicle and partly out.
