I want to get back to an older hobby. Electronics and programming.
I ordered a dosen of cheap relays on ebay and want to order a cheap usb relay board.

I want to work on some remote controlled devices. Anyone can suggest an easy programmable board?

Try to check Arduino. It's an open source platform which comes in many configurations, with many board sizes and is fully customizable. It's really flexible.

Ditto that, there is a huge range of shields to go with them too including ethernet and USB. Basic starter kits are available for around $50.

I avoid arduino, I am not sure, is it easy to program it.
I found arduinos at some prices I didn't like. Then found cheap relay boards with on/off relays which sounded simpler but I'm not sure what to pick and where to start learning some good usb port programming tutorials (so I don't crash my usb ports trying)
