Glans torture task need

Hi i am a male 20 and like glans and nipple torture. And I love glans overstimulation.

But I have no ideas left

I havet done nipple clamp,sandpapper, toothbrush and toothpaste on glans and Electric toothbrush for 1 hour nonstop.

My limit is: no blood, no needels, no permanent damage

I need as Many task as possebly

Dip it mustard
squash it between two bits of plastic
