july 2012:in wick,Littlehampton,15 year old Veronica Bailey has a very special visitor who has come all the way from the united states of America just to see her- she is 15 year old Sandra Byrne-a very pretty redhaired girl-she has been skyping with Veronica for the past year and they have now become very close friends-Veronica persuading her dad to let her come to stay for the summer-unfortunately Sandra would turn out to be a bit of a tearaway!although she was polite enough to Veronica's parents when they first meet, but she very soon turned out to be an extremely rude,foul-mouthed,lazy,disobedient,surly and untidy teenage girl!she treated Veronica's parents as if they were her own servants!and if they failed to wait on her hand and foot she would scream obscenities at them!but Veronica still loved her! she thought she was so cool!and her bad influence would soon rub off on Veronica with disastrous consequences!one day Veronica and Sandra both get caught shoplifting!in desparation,Mr Bailey texted Sandra's father-he leaves a very clear and simple message-'i see!my girl's behaviour has not been getting any better this last year!i have continually grounded her!but that doesn't seem to work!and now she might get even get a criminal record!i think all this needs to be nipped firmly in the bud!don't you? and because you are the acting'In Loco Parentis'during her stay in your house,i now give you the right to physically chastise her if you think it is absolutely necessary!'Mr Bailey had never smacked his daughter-it was not thought necessary!the cane in most British schools had also long since been abolished-resulting in the growth of the 'Hoody' and 'Ladette' culture-Mr Bailey feared for her future now she had a criminal record as well! so he decided to punish both Veronica and Sandra physically- but as it was her first offence,Veronica would not be punished quite so severely of course-but she would be in left in no doubt her behaviour was totally unaceptable!'i am so sorry dad!'-Veronica was in tears as the two girls were both given a thorough talking to one balmy summer evening-both girls were dressed in skimpy shorts and t-shirts-Sandra didn't say a word!she just scowled!'Veronica-you are not allowed to go out out of the house for the rest of the year! and i am confiscating your laptop and mobile phone until i know i can trust you once more!and i want you to come with me to the end of the garden right now with some pruning sheers-i have got a little task for you!'.the puzzled Veronica went with her dad to the end of their large and beautiful garden-he pointed to some large foilage 'you see that?i want you to cut off about 50 of them with the sheers-stripping all the leaves off'-so that was to be her punishment?gardening!Veronica hated gardening!this was a severe punishment indeed!but what did her dad want the twigs for?she was soon to find out!Veronica was left for an entire hour pruning the twigs-it was getting a bit colder now as the sun started to set-she shivered in her tiny shorts from a cold breeze,finally,Veronica's dad come back out of the house,accompanied by his wife and Sandra-he inspects the twigs-'good!they are ready to use!'Veronica begins to feel frightened all of a sudden!'u-se?on what?' Veronica says-her dad's face becomes very stern!'on your bottom and thighs!'Veronica's face falls!'please daddy!you can't!i promise to be a good girl in future!'-he hugs his daughter 'i know you will Veronica!but shoplifting is a very serious crime!you must realise what you did was greatly wrong! so i have decided to give you a good switching!that way,you will remember to behave in future!'he then pulled away from his daughter 'Veronica-take off your shorts and knickers ,bend over and hold your knees-i am going to give you a good switching!-the crying Veronica obeyed-her dad goes over to the pile of switches-he sorts through them-choosing the 'springiest' ones-he then whipped his daughters buttocks and thighs with them for the next 5 minites-it leaves deep welts on her white skin-Veronica begs her father to stop!but in fell on deaf ears!Veronica needed badly to be taught a lesson!Sandra realises what is happening!'your not doing that to my Fanny you arsehole!' she says to him afterwards 'don't worry girl!you won't be getting the switch!i have something else in mind for you!' he coldly tells her!Sandra was left to'sweat'for a whole fortnight as what her punishment might be- but she knew it was going to be far far more painful than Veronica's switching-that was for certain!she considered running away-put she was in enough trouble as it was!she started to become very frightened!she was ignorant of British law-for all she knew,children could still be beaten severely in this country!she knew people could be caned in singapore-she had seen some graphic pictures on her own laptop-surely the Brits were more civilised?finally,Sandra discovered her punishment-she was to be caned!the silly girl started sobbing uncontrollably!'oh god!not that!'-she really thought she would be caned as severely as they do in singapore!Mr Bailey then led a very distraught Sandra upstairs-he didn't want Veronica and his wife to see this-in case they intervened-the once surly American girl was reduced to a quivering wreck!'please don't cane me Mr Bailey!i promise to be a good girl!'she pleaded-clearly she had never been physically chastised in her entire life!Mr Bailey was completely unmoved! as he coldly told her to undress completely and then lie over the bed-the sobbing Sandra finally realised that she hadn't a snowball in hell's chance of talking herself out of the caning!she now just hoped to god that at least it wouldn't leave her scarred for life! blubbing like a little baby,Sandra unfastened the belt of her denim shorts,then takes them off,then her knickers,t-shirt and finally her bra 'lie over the bed!'Mr Bailey then tells her-'yes sir!'Sandra replies meekly and obeyed-Mr Bailey smiled in satisfaction!the spoilt american brat was finally paying him the respect he has long since deserved!'you always refer to me as either sir or Mr Bailey from now onwards girl!'he tells her-flexing the cane 'or else you will find yourself up here again!''i understand Mr Bailey,sir!''good!let's begin!'.sandra was then given 30 of the hardest strokes of the cane[the cane having been bought almost 2 weeks ago]-leaving her creamy white skin severely marked-she slept on her tummy that night-no cold cream was even allowed to soothe it!the following day,Mr Bailey texted Sandra's dad-telling him all about her painful caning-he was very much relieved to hear he fully approved!'great work' he texted back'i didn't think you Limey's still had it in yer!'he texted back.
