Is COVID an excuse or do I need to be punished?

I have missed my Friday and Sunday walks this week due to being ill with COVID (and storm Bert ravaging the UK with heavy rain and wind which I felt would set back my recovery).

It depends what your rules are. I’d say most dominants wold adjust daily expectations when one is extremely sick. Covid especially since it can cause respiratory issues any exercise rules seem poor judgement. If it was just a simple cold then I’d expect my sub to maintain rules.
