1. Why is there no clear link or page which is only for contacting an admin? Just in case there is a problem, I could not see anyway to directly message / contact anyone.
2. Instead of banning those who want some kind of tribute or it is 'pay for play'; would it not be better to make a rule where they have to clearly specify it either way? So far, I have contacted and have been contacted by many and all [ without exception] wanted some tribute or compensation. So, if it is clearly specified beforehand; those who contact will know the exact terms and not waste time.

This site was based around a discussion type focus and therefore I see no reason to allow it to include ads for someone who wants money for pics or vids or whatever. Not an admin or site creator just my personal opinion.

They already don’t follow the rules. They also know admitting pay for play would put an all stop on any chance they have. They would likely just lie and say they’re not pay for play. Get in your messages and then after you’re interested spill the money part on you in hopes you’d give in.

I personally don’t think a rule of that would change anything at all.
