Ive come with some long term tasks, feel free to adjust or asking me for modiffications.
Also have safety on mind and dont overdo it.

As for tasks:
I dont know if u do this kind of things, but we use to have a list for good things we want to do next year and bad habits we want to stop. So...

- Write that list, on paper, while naked. When u are done write the best good thing and the worst bad thing on your body. Rewrite, if u want reaffirmation, when needed. The list has to be something achiievable and that u will work for it during the year.

- On new years eve (Dicember 31rst) we use to wear something red, for good luck.
