Looking for an online Owner (24/f)

Hello to everyone!

I've just got my new pc set up, it's fresh, and I would like to find someone to lock it down for me totally with teamviewer, parental control softwares, and such. Keep in mind it's a brand new install and nothing on it yet. Would love to be totally locked down and be told what to watch, when to use pc and such from my Owner.
