Medical gyno kink

So I gather something a lot of women dread is the annual visit to the doctor or gynaecologist for their pap smear. On the other hand I also know plenty who actually enjoy being invaded by the weapon of choice, the speculum.
What I'm curious about is how much medical/gyno kink interest there is here. If there is enough interest I may look at starting up a clinic to discuss the topic further.
