I reviewed your limits and kinks from your other post. It may be extreme but it fits within what you provided. I also don’t know what toys or items you might have so if you list them I can tailor it better.

Any time you have even a tiny accident with pissing yourself you will save the rest for when you get home.

The first time you have an accident You’ll ensure you piss the rest into a glass after you get home. You will start a timer on your phone and see how many seconds it took you to drink it all. You will incur one hit per second that was spent but you’ll double that count. 10 seconds =20 hits and so on. The hits will be applied to bare ass and to pussy while legs spread. Using your hands. So in the above example 20 hits to ass 20 hits to pussy.

The second time you have an accident you will piss the rest into a bowl on the floor and you will clamp your nipples. Then you will again set your timer. You’ll be on your hands and knees like a broken piece of a piss whore and lapping it out of the bowl no hands or utensils allowed. This time the seconds are tripled and it will be hits to ass, pussy, and tits. Tits and pussy will require an implement used. Yes. If you’re going in your bed you will be required to sleep in it all night that night. You will be naked except for some piss wetted panties regardless of how you typically dress for bed. You will not be allowed to change panties or the bed sheets until morning.

When you get up in the morning you go to the toilet and piss with your panties on. Once finished you stuff them into your mouth and go clean up your bed and start the sheets in the laundry. Once laundry is started you may remove panties from mouth but be sure to suck them dry first.

On a non fantasy serious note. I’d recommend getting those absorbent crib pads or adult play pads they make so that you don’t soak your mattress itself. Even the waterproof mattress covers are better than nothing.

Depends on how many times you’ve messed up. I’m inclined to say make you hold out til morning the first time in the bed to make an effort at behavior correction vs punishment. But if you’re constantly messing up then you’re going to be made to finish in the bed all following times. Furthermore if it continues on i would have you save your piss in the evening and purposely dump extra on you and in bed each time you messed up again. Just to further drive the point.
