Try the below but keep it safe as explained. They are just my own experiments:
For myself I am thinking on some "strappado" ideas (first photo), using weights. I can use 2 cable ties, one around each wrist, a small kitchen hook holding the ties together and attached to the rope. Weights can be a few 5l bottles of water.
Double the weight force using a pulley. Use it opposite to the practical physics that helps you lift things. In this example (second pic)
YOUR HANDS are the
LOAD and the
FORCE is the weight given by the bottles (the second doubles the weight, the next make it 2 times heavier).
Note that strappado suspension is very dangerous, even simple strappado can be (you don't want a dislocated shoulder). I practiced a favorable height by holding my hands to a support and leaning down. The arms must be close together (the reason in this kind of bondage the elbows are also tied, but can't be done in selfbondage).
An idea: years ago I loved upside down suspension. I tied my ankles and hold the rope with my hands pulling my body upwards. I have new ideas coming using the right weights: you can use the 3rd example of pulleys. The needed force to lift you should be a little more than half of yours. (btw ignore the 4th)
The pulley disks can be done by anything. For the bottom one look at the Fishing store for fishing wire, they are cheap and sold rolled on a disk exactly like you need. The above ones are wall mounted things.
And always keep a pair of scissors at hand, just in case. Maybe tied to the end of a rope, easy to reach.
