Ordered to drink laxative

I was commanded by my master to drink two tall glasses of laxatives, put my plug in and not remove it until commanded.

Has anybody else done something similar? I'm very into bathroom control, so I'm pretty excited

What is the reccomend dosage for that laxative? Keep it safe now.
