After reviewing This Thread I've decided to create a poll so we can get a visual on the sizes of penises here at kinktalk. My theory is we'll get the typical bell curve, but who knows. I'll start (7 inches/17.78 cm hard

Some helpful, easy to use measuring tools:
The U.S. dollar measures 6.14 inches long by 2.61 inches wide
The 5 pound sterling banknote measures approx. 13.5 cm long by 7 cm wide

About 5.3 inches x 2.7 inches. I know we're meant to be metric here but most people are hybrid. My age range certainly tend to use metric weights, and old imperial measures.
Anyway more on topic, those are measures for new notes, once they've been creased up and used they tend to shrink somewhat.

Well the results are already looking interesting so far, baring in mind the average penis size according to professional studies is around 5 inches* fully erect. We here clearly have some big boys here. The modal average for us big lads is 7 inches, a good two inches above what you'd expect. In fact only 7 people claim to have an average or slightly below average sized member, while a 12 range from slightly above average through to a size enjoyed by 0.1% of people!
(*I know the largest study showed an average of around 6 inches, but it was self measure, which to me rather confounds the results. Two subsequent studies, all be it with smaller sample groups have shown average sizes of 5.1 and 5.7 inches)

Oh that was dreadful, was it any better in German?
Results are starting to look more reasonable now. Thinking about it 6 would make sense with the rounding as two out of the three studies would round to 6. Although we still seem to have a freakishly large amount of people with very large members, statistically about 0.2% of people have 9 inch or larger members, out of the 325 or so people who are active (over the last 24 hours at least) we have 2 with members 9 inches or more. The likely hood of this is just under a third.

It's the interwebbs, we can bet on the fact that at least half the guys who participated added an inch. (At least an inch, that is...)
