tie elastic bands on your nips .. Doubling them so they are damn tight .. Peg both your boobs and tie a rubber band between the peg so your nips are pulled inside ...
its an easy warm up task .. Lets see ..

Bend over, and tie the pegs to your toes with some string.
Stand up.

Stand up again. Repeat five times in total.

Wait five mins before untieing you tits, just standing there with your nipples and breasts throbbing.
