Tie your tits with rubber bands. The more bands the better. Next, clamp your nipples. You gonna hang some good weight on them, so if they are not tight gripped enough use rubber bands to tighten the grip.
Now hang some weight, the more the better. And swing it using your tits. You can use your hands to swing for a start but after a while you have to use your monument to keep them swinging.
Do it for 20 minutes to half an hour, and rest a while before you do it again if you feel the need.
