I had my left nipple done approximately 6 years ago, and I've recently put the bar back in and it's healed nicely.

then about a month ago I got my other pierced... It's not painful unless I push too hard, the one I'd already had pierced you could do what ever you liked too...

Create your self a bra.

Tie some string around your right nipple bar, loop it up and around your neck and pulled nice and tight, tie the string off on your left nipple bar.

Make sure the string is supporting your tits.

I'd wait a bit before playing with that nipple. If you've pierced it very recently, it maybe means the inside is not healed properly yet. You should let it heal first.
