Sub newbie : how to build trust ?

Hi,
I'm not as good at writting as most of you, but i ll try to be clear...

I'm new to being a sub, like really new. And i dont think i even had a proper S/D relation for the moment..

Just yesterday, like some other times before, i stoped in a disagrement with 'my dom' at the crucial moment "sending a picture" of any stuffs...
Why ? As you can already guess, because i didn’t trust enough this person.

I'm not sad of that (i dont even know if i ll even one day send a pic, might be one of my unbreakable limits), safety first, but i'd like to know how, you, try or succed in building a trustfull relation.

Lots of communication. A dom who doesn't demand pictures but asks and is ok with none from the start. For me i went with my gut. When my Daddy continually would tell me safety first and understood if I couldn't thats how I learned to trust. And my Daddy never required face. I do show him face now. Also when you’re talking about pics. One counter move can be requesting the other person exchange their pics as well. I will say people use internet grabs all the time so use judgement and maybe request a specific pic. Like hold up 3 fingers or touch nose with thumb etc.

You’re not wrong to have limits. If pics is a hard or soft then just state it up front in your ads or when talking to potentials.
