Hello I am 25 years old male, always wanted to feel pain in legs and in hands that will last for 2-3 days.
That's why I don't do exercise regularly.
Today I may have 1-2 hours for play.
Maybe I m planning to be on tip toe and hands very straight in air for atleast half hour without failure.
I do like bending and touching toes,
Squats, holding predicament position.
Any suggestions for hour punishment today?? Please suggest.
