Seems like you can set up your fetishes then you become dominated by an AI mistress. Which seem to learn from your mistakes and sets her sessions accordingly. Punish or reward you. I love these a lot.
I recommend in the setup to turn off her mood icons (happy, angry) and just watch her face.
At some point she asks you to edge and learns your edging time etc. I believe that is the moment she learns about you and adjusts her domination.
On the other hand I don't like it much or I got bored too soon. For example I checked "piss" and she all the sudden told me "piss yourself". Wait, I haven't even drank any water, I am not prepared, wtf.
