Well, obviously a first, general requirement for pornacious greatness is that the picture titillates, is sexually arousing. After that it's pretty much a question of your particular tastes and inclinations...

Sometimes I find an teasing artistic image more interesting because it leaves room for fantasy.
Facial expressions and gestures should not be underestimated either; they are a great way to see feelings and emotions.
