Pretty much what the title says. These kind of extreme gags pop up in porn from time to time, but many BDSM toy sites only seem to carry ball- and ring-gags with gag diameters around 2".
I'm particularly interested in good extra-wide spider gags (2.25+" rings) and dental gags (3+", way too easy to expel the ones that open to 2.5").
