Please help me find a way to please my Master. I broke his rules by cumming when I was not allowed to. Now unless I offer him proof that I can behave better, he'll not accept me. Please help me with some ideas. I'm new to this with no previous experience.

I don't take pics or videos. Audio recording is fine though.
I'm into verbal humiliation, CBT, edging, denial, dice play and punishments.
No scat, blood and nothing in public

First of all you should explain to your Master why you felt the urge/need to break the rule...You could try a written explanation or verbal...explain to him what you have learned by breaking his rules...Was it a positive/negative experience etc... But the final decision whether your Master accepts you isn't yours!

When a dominant is displeased by the submissive, what follows is a punishment to show the submissive what they have done wrong. The punishment of course depends on him/her knowing what is it that the sub will dislike most depending on the subs misbehavior.
One of the many things a Master does is train their sub and teach them by punish them what they did wrong. Let your Master know you know you did wrong, why you did it and how his not talking to you is affecting you. If he still doesn't accept you, then honey I'm sad to say you'll need to move along. I know it must suck, but as a Master teaches, they also needd to have a forgiving heart. It's a 2 way thing here.
