I want to be tied up in a public restroom but need help figuring it out

So I have had this fantasy for a long time: with the help of a friend I would be restrained, blindfolded and secured in a public restroom (secured so a scary bad man can't carry me off and chain me up in his own bathroom) But there are lots of options and things to consider.

The gay club: This seems like the place where I would get the most action. However I worry about someone who is just not cool finding me, reporting me to management, and then I go to jail.

The public park at night: With this one I would probably need a friend to open up a Grindr account and invite everyone within 3 miles to the park bathroom. But then you have people thinking it could be a set up, or someone could report it as a possible rape.

A dive bar: probably not gonna be many guys who are looking for a gay blowjob here and I might get hit.

I also have questions;
1. Should I wear a shirt that says Free Blow Jobs and maybe just stand in the bathroom?
2. What's the best way to not go to jail but still have the best possible time.
3. Please give you any thoughts, comments, or disagreements you may have! Thanks

Park might work, depends where you live. The gay club would be hard to find. How about a sauna. Or a staircase of some public building. If there is a porn theater around where you live that might work as well. There is one in Montreal Or book a cheap motel / hotel and use Craigslist.

I've considered a Craig's list key under the mat motel adventure before. That's actually where the fantasy started then evolved. No porn theatres here, or saunas... Stairwell could work. But I doubt you'd have many interested people there.
