100 lines of self degradation

I’m a fairly new sub and I’ve been asked to write 100 lines degrading and insulting myself.. the problem is I’ve written 18 lines and now I’m beginning to feel like I’m repeating myself.. what kind of stuff can I include?

Each line being unique, he’s gone easy on me and has allowed me just 50 lines
