Advice on maybe slutty dress?

Newbie here, dipping my toes into exhibitionism a bit and found out this dress that I wore once or twice is way too small now to wear comfortably. I usually like my skirts to come to at least mid thigh but the hem on this dress stops right where my butt meets my thighs and it doesnt help that it flares at the hips. I hope anyone who sees likes the pictures I included. The advice I'm looking for is whether or not I should wear this in public? I wouldn't wear anything but a shape wear onesie underneath as it's too tight not to but it might be hot to not wear a bra or panties. And if anyone has suggestions on anything else to do with this please let me know.

If it's your first time taking it out:

Try to go to a place that usued to be crowded at a moment without people, (a park during a heavy rain is a option) so You can scout it wearing it, and see how You feel.

You could Also try to go to a place that isnt crowded normaly (a small coffe shop)

The other option is try to go to somewhere, something 30 minutes away, walking, You Will be surprised with how many people is around but everybody minding their own business
