My Mistress often ties a cord around my balls pulling them, leading me around...but the cord tightens and irritates the sensitive flesh breaking the skin causing some blood which we don't want. Any suggestions on better ideas for a ball leash?

First of all, the thickness of the cord is important; anything under 0.5cm (0.20 inch) will cut more quickly. I would look for something between 0.7-1.0cm (0.28 - 0.40 inch).
The next is the type of cord, synthetic material can creates more friction than natural.
And finally, the type of knot could prevent pulling too tight. Take the rope twice, the loop at the end around the balls and with the double rope a figure of eight knot.
Last but not least, there is "muscle tape" (not sure what it is called in English or American) a narrow strip around the balls could also protect.
