Recently I came across this thread and it aroused my curiosity on kinky comic art or punny memes of sketch drawings etc. I made this thread to enlighten myself on this new found curiosity. Do people enjoy reading or looking at such kinky sketches with an underlying story/funny/punny themes. Is this slowly getting obsolete like comics in mainstream [or do people still read them?}.

If this sparks your interest, what are some popular avenues, resources from where you get this material. What are the different types and what are some iconic ones from the past? [as I have never explored this segment in the past and believe many of the younger kinktalkers also haven't]. What are the red flags to watch for, like to avoid offensive content etc?

I would think that comics are THE platform for offensive content to get an airing without being offensive. Stuff like South Park (ok not comics but cartoon) manage to broach subjects that just would never get out there in another format.
This seems like a great challenge so I'm going to put my hand up to create a kinky komic, hopefully a series or at least a set of characters that can have some sort of adventures!

That's is so great @droptokon . Excited to hold this competition :)

You are also right in saying comics and other such medium break the barriers of having to be politically correct and sometimes even spread awareness on sensitive issues, and even if they don't, they are still entertaining.

I've never been into the humor side so much but for me, kinky illustrations and comics have long been the medium for exploring quite extreme kinks that otherwise probably I'd have not been so comfortable exploring (some quite dark stuff that's scary but leads to some intense masturbatory fantasies)

I always have a natural curiosity to try and figure out a story behind an individual image, some of which hold my imagination and fascinate me incredibly

Nina, one of my favorite comics is called Silent Movie by Asmodeus. It has no text, but it doesn't need it. The poor woman depicted goes through a hell of an ordeal but the drawing style makes it quite intense to take in

@MissKubo and @cyber.slave, some great suggestions and links, my denied sub almost got wet peeking at them.:)

The polls indicate there is some interest, so I have made the competition thread here. Hope to have an interesting and fun contest.

Please keep posting your comic suggestions and discussions in this thread. They are informative and I am enjoying them.:)

It was not easy to find a good source of kinky comics, I am very fond of adult comics and cartoons, but finding a site that could collect all the sources or artist sites was not easy really. A short while ago instead I discovered topcartoonpornsites.com, I think it's a very young site, but in my opinion very useful because it collects the best links to xxx 3d comics sites including a section dedicated to BDSM.
