Hi there! I was browsing kinktalk as a nonmember and saw the thread for BDSM Test Results and became curious about something, so I joined kinktalk basically just to make this post.
Internet-wise, I've noticed most people fall under strictly dominant, strictly submissive, just vanilla, etc. where you can see a clear distinction in the grouping of the very top few answers and the answers with a smaller percentage.
What about switches? I retook the test after I discovered my switch side (I referred to myself as submissive before this) and my results were extremely, well, all over the place. But at the same time, they were pretty accurate.
== Results from bdsmtest.org ==
99% Degradee
83% Dominant
82% Masochist
81% Degrader
71% Submissive
69% Master/Mistress
60% Primal (Hunter)
59% Switch
53% Non-monogamist
52% Slave
51% Primal (Prey)
50% Sadist
50% Rope bunny
49% Brat
48% Rigger
48% Experimentalist
46% Exhibitionist
44% Boy/Girl
43% Vanilla
43% Daddy/Mommy
40% Pet
39% Owner
23% Voyeur
10% Ageplayer
As you can see, my results don't have the submissive and dominant roles bunched together and most of the dom/sub roles are equally scattered.
Is this a common correlation in switches? Re-paste your results below if you feel like it. Have a good day )
