Check the laws in your jurisdiction and you will most likely find that, as in most western countries, legally there is no such thing as consensual blackmail. Just blackmail.

Hi, well I didn't tell my wife. She just thought I was going through a mid life crisis or something because of the full body and head shaving. I would have pushed her just little bit more further but not doing anything. A little scaring feeling is very exciting but at the point of not crossing the line. In the ending I would ensure the person that nothing is going on further and it was a mutual interesting experience and keep it that way.

Everyone makes their own rules and blackmail should be made soft and out of real person information. Fake accounts are enough to offer a little exposure and worry about. Keep it simple in an online dominance way, don't go far than that!

But most important is that you need to obey. If you don't, the pic(s) will be sent to the friend(s), and the game is per se over. You know that, and the blackmailer knows that.
