I've just bought a 3 piece set from e-bay. For, of course, athletic reasons.
Abdomen and hands. It contains 3 mouse-like pieces that you can attatch to the received electrodes.

Testing:
- it's actually fun but not much horny to test on your genitalia. They sting a lot.

Gonna study it a bit but my e-stim doesn't work with audio pulses. Just by its programmed sequences. But I've found nice pad placement tutorials.

preferably start by trying a cheap electric pulse massager found on every chinese market like Ebay etc (probably around 10$). A gray one with pads and 8 programs, 15 levels (pads are cheap for replacements). Start slowly, test, don't push your pain limits. Please google for safety info, worry this can stun your local nerves if you go too far.

You will get new ideas after you get used to it.

PS: I can't find a particular estim site with a tutorial about the pads placement. Wish I could have added that link. Pads placement were anus and behind the balls, then tip of penis and base (if the pulse goes through your balls instead you may want to switch some pads). For pads only; there are extra toys I haven't tested like anal plug and cock rings.

I bought this one. It is very cheap, has 8 programs and 15 power steps for each. Sometimes steps 1-2 are enough.

You can easily find replacement pads on Wish, E-Bay or Amazon. You will need as these don't last long and start to sting when they don't stick properly. You can also find cock rings or anal plugs to attach. I haven't ordered any, I'm just pretending I bought a massager for my back.

The cable is connected with a mono 2.5mm jack (so only one channel). I bought an addapter mother 2.5mm to use with an audio as there are estim mp3s and software and funscrips on the web. In an illustration the electrod pairs were marked A and B. As an example I put A on penis tip and anus, B on bottom of the shaft and behind the testicles. This stimulates both the penis and the prostate.

EVERYONE PLEASE NOTE: this device and household audio devices are NOT ment for penile stimulation. Maybe the expensive ones are. Look for Zeus chastity cage, it has electrods in it. Found it around 80$ on Amazon but you probably can find it cheaper.
You can also find estim components like buttplugs, uretra sounding, rings, all compatible to your estim device (small jack connector). Everything on the chinese market (Wish is full of them).
Also you can attach the pads directly to your balls and you don't need more power to feel like being hit. Actually the devices are made so they don't use more power than healthy. (Lately I kind of find hard to ejaculate from the pads, if I turn the power on too much I temporarily stop having any reaction.)

I bought a plastic cage and looked for the Zeus one to see what it has and how can I adapt my one. I bought spare pads and cut them in shapes. I'm not sure it works the same but it's enough for me to play.

I've been using some wire and metal for the Tens unit, and it works well... I did make the pads smaller also.
I like a couple of small metal rings with a piece that goes into the urethra, that also works well.

not much ideas, just as you feel. But don't max it if you feel burns.
Pad on anus, another behind your scrotum. Add one on the penis and another down close to the balls. Just try combinations.


I'll come back to this subject, I want to check on something. I wonder if TENS use pulses of DC or AC. Milovana offer ideas of using sound amplifiers instead, and I am kind of curious.

For me, my experimentation I use it on penis only...other didnt produce what I wanted.
I used it pre covid with Dommes using controls...seems so long ago.
I find it is a great motivator.
