I've read a lot of threads that ask as to how to get started with BDSM and kink safely. I looked around a lot when I was new. When I started off, I did not know where to go because I started on how to explore kink alone.

A really good book that I found online is Kink ME Please! I highly recommend it. I found it on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DKB6Q95R

Speaking of books. I've not been able to find anyone IRL that's truly into this lifestyle. In saying this, I'm thinking of using this list of books to test the waters.
- A Table for Three
- Damaged Goods
- Innocence Defied
Written by Lainey Reese
- The Gentleman Mentor
Written by Kendall Ryan

In my professional life, having a kink would destroy my reputation. I think when talking about books, just bringing up these authors to check the response might help.
Any suggestions on testing an average person, With Plausible Denyability, if their into this lifestyle?

Hmmm, if u mean to talka bout these books to some1, i think thats what u mean, its a huuuge cliche, but everbody knows this book and may not cause instant rejection
i dont know how many shades of grey xD
could be the best to talk to anyone not in the kink to test temperature.
I myself, dispised it with all my might. Not because i have read it, but because i worked on a big bookstore at downtown Madrid and had to move and set in selves 5000 kilos of those books
