Home made Ball Crush

Hi,

I want to make a ball crusher. I have seen a few on newtumbl and looks like a fun idea for feeling your balls being gradually crushed.
Just wondering what sort of plexiglass/Acrylic to use.
I have looked on amazon and seen you can buy 2 or 3mm think sheets.
But I guess 5mm minimum would be better if I can find it for strength, and less flex.
I guess using Bolts with Wing nuts to tighten.
Anyone made this sort of thing, and could offer advise.

The one pictured has a hinge on one side. I think it is better to have 3 or 4 bolts. Many like this one have a hole on both faxes. One is larger than the other. This makes putting it on troublesome. I find it better just to open the two faces apart a drop the balls in at the top. If it top bolts are tightened first. The balls will be drawn down.

I feature I have not seen normally is having a hollow to hold the balls in place. Two dips on each inner face about the size of a teaspoon bowl feels right.

Small holes in these bowls will allow fir a needle to be inserted through. I don't suggest this ought to be done. The threat is enough. The holes also provide a path for the wires of e stim electrodes.

Good show.
I'd like to put forth ideas...
Instead of having the press area flat, provide a couple of depressions to hold the jewels. Add some small holes near the center of the depressions. Then if someone wishes to provide added stress point out the existence of the holes and bring out a couple of hat pins.

These holes can also be used to wire electrodes for e-stim devices.

Quick up date on this thread, today while bored I made a ball crusher with some old food storage lids, and Wing nut bolts. I cut the clips that hold the lids on, and it seems fairly strong, with a small ammount of give.
Just tried it on and it does work, will give it a few tries and see how far I can take it.
Think I may have to drill bottom holes again, as the lip of the lid there gets in the way of the wing nuts, but otherwise as a first try it feels good, and hopefully post some pictures, soon ;-)

Well Here are 2 images from me trying my home made Ball Crusher.
Getting used to doing it up tigher and tighter, luckily they do not flex too much.

So if anyone wants to make one, this was pretty easy to do.

Here are some devices I've made usually using around 5mm plastic. I use brass nuts and bolts because I think they look better. The orange device only squashes the penis as both plates have a hole in them. The third devices has holes in the front plate only so the balls are pressed through the holes, leaving the very vulnerable. Hope these are of interest - more ideas would be appreciated.
