I'd like to try something new, maybe harder. Not sure if this works, I will place more clues within 24hours.

I think you're right, if you've seen the film this is very easy, if you've not then it's PROBABLY not possible to work it out. Though from your clue I suppose you could just look through a list of 1991 releases and probably guess from their synopses (probably not just from the title though). I guess we'll see.
it's not quite the plot in the photos but the details might make a spark.
I am trying this after a few years I've seen this movie (twice).
I don't know if it works searching IMDB and this makes it harder, however I left a hint for this in one of the photos.
Some say the movie was a masterpiece so I wasn't going for random titles.

It's definitely an awesome film. The pictures you used definitely bring to mind the image that was used on the promo posters (and the DVD cover IIRC)
I'm thinking something about the French Revolution or more specifically Marie Antoinette but the date doesn't fit for a one word title...

3 porn stars. Google search (images.google.com) all point to GoT. All 3 performed in the show in major roles.
I had 6 pornstars but the others were small role prostitutes easy to ignore. But these 3 were major characters until of course dead.
"Shae" could ring a bell. The other two look so diferent than their roles and I admit they could've made guessing harder.
