The second pic - operate, treat, could it be the patient character name Sam Cavity etc followed by an E
I am assuming 1st two pics make the first word so that means the first word ends with E?
The third pic looks like cinnamon buns to me
For the fourth pic, google search gave me laughing donkey as result..hmmm

Between @droptokon and @nina you have solved the whole first word and the first part of the second word.
With the latter part of the second word...it's not a donkey but the idea is similar something Doc did a while ago near the start of the thread.

I think it's time for some clues or prompts ...
The first two pics are not usually called by their full names, think abbreviations and the third you need the whole word.

I thought when you posted Cathode-Ray Oscilloscope everyone would go "oh CRO" and then it would be guessed. Maybe my change to using abbreviations threw everyone off the trail.
