Yikes a bit out of practice with these, looks very interesting though!

It is an easy one too as I have been out of practice of making these..lol

Posting the puzzle again for convenience so people don't have to flip pages constantly to solve..

Revisiting the rules, you need to solve the 6 picture clues first, the letters in the positions question-marked in the 6 clues need to be then rearranged to get the kinky 8 letter word for the final answer. The clues also relate to the final answer in someway. Happy solving

Picture 5 is mitochondria however it is not the word I am looking for as the 5th clue, think of related words and concepts that may also fit in the overall puzzle

Everest and dress are wrong though fair guesses

Just some thoughts...(its been a long time so I may be completely off track)

@nina are all the images connected by concept?

1. Journey- E (Map shows a journey)
2. Cardi - R (The image is Cardi B in a dress)
3. Final - N (Shown as the last still image of Looney Tunes)
4. Psyche - C (Image shows Cupid and Psyche)
5. Beyond mitochondria I'm a little lost with this one
6. I reckon this has something to do overcoming something, or a challenge of some sort...just can't find the right word

I meant all clues are related to the final answer in some way or the other but not necessarily in the same way.

When I mentioned about concept wrt to clue 5, I just meant it needed more lateral thinking.

Some good guesses, you have guessed most of the images but none of the clues. Look at what else the pics represent or focus on like for eg. what is striking about cardi's dress.

3.You are on the correct path for thinking it is something to do with number of endings.

Swirl and legend aren't correct

For 1 keep thinking on similar lines but not exactly the same line of thought

For 6 it is more literal or punny so I would say Everest is a closer guess than j91 s line of thought although both are incorrect and so is ascent

Edit : I ll also suggest googling about cardi b's dress controversy

Psyche is the daughter of a king and is so beautiful that Venus becomes angry. Amor is sent to marry her to some evil creature but becomes enarmored with her and takes her to safety ignoring her mothers bidding. A whole story evolves then, with Amor leaving her and all that.

I guess, #4 is BEAUTY.

Well... I once dabbled in Classical Philology but never made it to a degree. One of the courses was about Psyche, so that's why I know a bit about her story. We actaully translated her story from Latin. That said, it's one of the few things I do know.

Well... thinking about the latest hint... what they do have actually in common... they both are nude...

Some great guesses but not there yet, only powerhouse is correct so far, to keep you on track and not get bored let's revisit the hints and clarify

1. What's the focus of the pic/map
2. Does the dress resemble some part
4. Together they had ....
6. A word that represents the pic, but a synonym of the word can be used in a kinky manner

For all these word clues keep in mind they also correspond with the final answer which if not 100% kinky is at least sexual.

Right so based on @nina's latest round of clues I have a few thoughts,

1. The map leads to treasure, but its not that so what else? Reward, bounty, how about GOODIES?

2. I'm going to the opposite sex to @sciencegal and suggest maybe PENIS, a shaft with two circular attachments at the base?

6. I now think what she may have in mind is what you do when you climb a mountain? Something like "conquer the mountain" would be like to dominate maybe, but that is too many letters so how about SUBDUE?

4. Hedone is correct, daughter of Psyche and Cupid, hedone also translates to mean pleasure
