Hypno by text only is highly unlikely to work. At a minimum id suggest audio clips for loop use. Ideally in person is the most effective way.

I would never contemplate carrying out a hypnotherapy session purely by text, There is so much more involved than simply reading something and trance cannot be induced by written words on their own.
