You might be able to modify a crotch tie to help fit your needs but it would be a challenge. The leather ones would be very difficult to replicate with no skill set.

If you have chains and padlock it's quite easy to make , take two chain connect both the chains together by one padlock then you can easily wear follow the same step which you do while tieing crotch rope
