I don’t understand how one self locks the final hand lock. You won’t be able to use your second hand at all. Do you have an assistant?

No I don't but its possibilities

The only alteration I could suggest is to lock hands together to each other above your head using the method suggested. That way you’re using both hands during the lock up action.

Oh ok. Well nvm then I guess you know how to make it work. So for an extra spin on it. You could insert toys or place vibe on Clit. You could insert ice into holes or at minimum put cubes down the pantyhose. You can wear nipple clamps or a bra with ice in each cup.
