How long is it safe to keep nipples bound at the base using rubber bands or o-rings?

You should know that most of the pleasure comes the moment you take them off...
But with that said, 30 minutes as the max is a good number, as long as you remove them if it starts to hurt too much or feel numb.

I would keep the answer simple as it depends from sub to sub...
If it starts to tickle in them and you have a loss of feelings in them set them free immediatelly. Otherwise you can keep them on

Yeas they hurt alot when I took off the bands!

in every case mostly when some bondage is obstructing the blood flow it is simply recommended no more than 15 minutes.
