Nipple clamp ideas..

Get a skirt hanger, with two clips, a length of string, and something to keep hands behind the back. Set the clips the nipple distance apart. Secure hands behind the back. Clamp the nipples with the clips. Have the subject stand on tip toes. Let the string pull up on the hanger from a fixed point above.

The subject must remain high on tip toes to keep the clips from pulling off painfully. The long the subject stays up the more painful it will be when calf muscles fail and a clip is pulled free. Odds are only one clip will pull free. The MC decides if this us yhe end or if the subject must pull the other clip free.
