Poll - skirt or dress?

A dress. Tho the tightest one you can find seems most appropriate for new years.
I've been told my legs are too short compared to my torso so I need to wear longer skirts/dresses with shorter tops to change the perspective.
Plus I like the idea of the constriction, having to take smaller steps than I'm used to, so long as the fabric isn't too stretchy
You don't need a skirt to show legs. It depends on length, not type.
