I can't seem to stick to exposure and can't quit for good either. Even though I have panic attacks should I force myself into it?
Should I give in and expose myself fully?

You could always start a bdsmlr.com account. Post some nudes and then link the blog site back here so people can then reblog, and then you are exposed by there blogs but cant do anything about it.
