Spam bot attack

Hi all,

Today we were hit by a spam bot attack, this resulted in 1000's of pm's being sent to users.
I have taken action to ban the accounts and delete as many messages as possible.

If you received one of these messages please use the report button so we can act to remove these malicious accounts.

Looking into a solution. I have something that worked really well for getDare but will take a little bit to setup.

I've made a few changes that should stop new accounts. Looking into some other things too.
